Customer Assistance, "Emergency Call" E-Call, Active Alarm Management and more
BASIC Service
 

The Service provides for the location and management of theft and robbery events by the MioTracker® Operational Center, active 24 hours a day, alerted by telephone by the Customer. As received the alert, the MioTracker® Operative Center will activate the relevant procedures involving, if necessary, the emergency vehicles and the police.

The service also provides free access to the Miotracker® Web Platform, through the release of personal username and password with which the Customer, having logged in to access the site, will be able to view his vehicle or the list of his available vehicles with relative data (license plate, model) and Km traveled.

The Service allows the Customer to take advantage of additional benefits such as discounted RCA Policies and customized Assistance Services.

PLUS Service
 

All the provisions of the Basic Service with the addition of the possibility of alerting the MioTracker® Operational Center by telephone and via the E-Call button, a real "telematic concierge" available 24 hours a day to guarantee the motorist to communicate automatically the position of the car and submit a request for the following reasons:

 

• Roadside assistance in the event of an accident

• Medical assistance

• Requests for help in the event of robbery

• Request for general information and / or contractual: service expiry and annual renewal

 

Once the Customer receives the alert, the MioTracker Operative Center will activate the relevant procedures involving, if necessary, the emergency vehicles and the police. In the event of theft of the vehicle, the MioTracker® OperativeCenter activates H24-365gg a year, alerted by telephone by the customer, it can assist the police to recover the vehicle by activating the Engine Block command.

The Service allows the Customer to take advantage of additional benefits such as discounted RCA Policies and customized Assistance Services.

FULL Service
 

All the provisions of the Plus Service with the addition of the possibility of handling theft and robbery events by the MioTracker® Operative Center activates H24-365gg a year, alerted by telephone by the customer and through automatic signals from the device indicated below:

 

• Unauthorized start-up of the vehicle

• Unauthorized presence on board

• Unauthorized movement of the vehicle

• Device tampering

 

The MioTracker® Operative Center, upon receipt of an alarm signal, promptly contacts the customer verifying the incident and, if necessary, converging the appropriate emergency vehicles (medical assistance, road, police) to the place.

The Service allows the Customer to take advantage of additional benefits such as discounted RCA Policies and customized Assistance Services.
